Bureau of Ocean Energy
The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement, BOE (former Minerals Management Services, MMS), has provided RME access to its Ohmsett National Oil Spill Response Research and Renewable Energy Test Facility in Leonardo, NJ.
