Today RME began a week of testing at Ohmsett - the National Oil Spill Response Research & Renewable Energy Test Facility. The facility, located an hour south of New York City, in Leonardo, New Jersey, is maintained and operated by the Minerals Management Service (MMS) through a contract with MAR, Incorporated of Rockville, Maryland
