RME opens office in Rockland, ME – retains Bernstein Schur as local counsel

RME is pleased to announce that it has opened an office in Rockland, ME and has retained Bernstein Schur as its local counsel. “Maine is committed to developing its offshore renewable energy resources and we think it’s ideally suited to conducting reduced-scale testing of our prototypes” said company CEO Bill Staby. Mr. Staby went on to say “When we went looking for a place to get established, we immediately focused on Rockland because it is the home of the Ocean Energy Institute, has a well-developed working waterfront that can provide anything we need, and it has undergone a huge renaissance since I last worked there in the early 70’s.”
